President / Co-Founder
Charles co-founded Sea to Sky Farms in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of experience in finance specifically as a seed investor. He has worked with family offices on in-house assets, which led to roles in restructured companies’ operations. He most recently served 5+ years as President of Liquid Media Group Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed company.
Daniel Cruz
Chief Financial Officer / Co-Founder
A capital markets expert, Daniel is an experienced industry professional having worked for 12 years as a senior investment advisor at Canadian broker-dealers, including Canaccord Financial, where he gained experience in equity research, asset management, investor relations, corporate finance, and venture capital. He was also a co-founder of Liquid Media Group Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed issuer. During his tenure as CFO with Liquid Media, he helped the company list on NASDAQ and raised over C$20M. Daniel helped co-found Sea to Sky Farms in 2022.

David and Alyssa Pfaeffli
Head of Alberta Operations
David and Alyssa Pfaeffli were both raised in rural Alberta. Alyssa was raised in a small farming community while David grew up on a nearby dairy farm that his parents bought and expanded after immigrating from Switzerland. After working as a project manager for years, David was determined to return to farming. He knew controlled environment agriculture was the only way. Alyssa worked as an elementary school teacher when they purchased and operated one of the first CubicFarms in the world, Swiss Leaf Farms. David and Alyssa have operated Swiss Leaf since 2018, including one year as a research and development facility.
